At a glance
BeanVault does not require a developer account, does not show ads, and does not include third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. The developer does not sell personal data.
Data you create
Your bean cards, brew records, café entries, notes, photos, preferences, and related app content are stored locally on your devices. If iCloud sync is enabled, this content is also stored in your private iCloud database so it can sync across your Apple devices. The developer cannot browse or access that private database.
On-device intelligence
Photo recognition, voice capture, and other AI-assisted features use on-device models. BeanVault does not upload your photos, audio, or recognized content to a developer-operated server. Photo and voice capture are beta features and only run after you grant the relevant system permission.
Apple services
BeanVault uses Apple services to provide iCloud synchronization and in-app purchases. Apple may process information needed to operate those services under Apple’s own privacy policy. Purchases are handled by the App Store; BeanVault does not receive your payment-card details.
Permissions
Depending on the feature you choose, BeanVault may request access to the camera, photo library, microphone, speech recognition, or location. Access is used only to provide the feature you selected. You can change permissions at any time in Apple Settings.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual records in BeanVault. Removing the app deletes its local data from that device, while data already synchronized to iCloud may remain available to your other devices. You can remove iCloud app data using Apple’s iCloud storage controls.
Children
BeanVault is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated when BeanVault’s features or legal requirements change. The revised policy and its effective date will be posted on this page.

BeanVault 不要求注册开发者账户，不展示广告，也不包含第三方分析或追踪 SDK。开发者不会出售个人数据。
你创建的数据
你的豆卡、冲煮记录、咖啡店条目、笔记、照片、偏好设置及相关 App 内容均保存在本地设备上。启用 iCloud 同步后，这些内容也会保存在你的私人 iCloud 数据库中，以便在你的 Apple 设备间同步。开发者无法浏览或访问该私人数据库。
设备端智能
照片识别、语音记录及其他 AI 辅助功能均使用设备端模型。BeanVault 不会把你的照片、音频或识别结果上传到开发者运营的服务器。照片与语音记录属于测试功能，并且只会在你授予相应系统权限后运行。
Apple 服务
BeanVault 使用 Apple 服务提供 iCloud 同步与 App 内购买。Apple 可能依据其隐私政策处理运行这些服务所需的信息。购买由 App Store 处理，BeanVault 不会获取你的支付卡信息。
系统权限
根据你主动使用的功能，BeanVault 可能请求相机、照片图库、麦克风、语音识别或位置权限。这些权限仅用于提供你所选择的功能。你可以随时在 Apple 的“设置”中更改权限。
保留与删除
你可以在 BeanVault 中删除单条记录。卸载 App 会删除该设备上的本地数据，但已同步到 iCloud 的数据可能仍可供你的其他设备使用。你可以通过 Apple 的 iCloud 储存空间管理功能删除相关 iCloud 数据。
儿童隐私
BeanVault 是面向普通用户的工具，不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。开发者不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
政策更新
当 BeanVault 的功能或法律要求发生变化时，本政策可能会更新。修订后的政策及生效日期会发布在本页面。
